Job Summary:
As an Automotive Salesperson, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from understanding their needs to closing the sale. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or pre-owned vehicles based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
• Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Handle paperwork related to vehicle sales accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service (automotive sales experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on engine systems, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and more.

• Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure accurate estimates and timelines.
