New Ram 1500 TRX Ignition Edition, Longhorn Southfork, and Ram 1500 (RAM) Red Edition

The Ram 1500 has long been recognized as one of the toughest and most durable pickups that has ever been created. The Ram 1500 features a strong body and frame, a rugged suspension, and several powerful engine options to choose from.

Recently, Ram's parent company, Stellantis, introduced three new Ram models that are even more impressive than anything we have seen so far. Here is a look at the three new Ram models that are available this year.

Ram 1500 TRX Ignition Edition

For years, the TRX trim has been known as one of the best off-roading models. The TRX Ignition Edition is a rare special edition model that uses unique technology and style features to further enhance this already popular TRX trim. Bold 18-inch machine-faced black wheels are added to this special edition as well as a panoramic sunroof. The bed of the truck also gets a few new enhancements, including LED brake lights that are mounted to the back of the cab, a durable spray-in bed liner, and cargo tie-downs.

The TRX Ignition Edition also features a stylish and convenient interior. The cabin is adorned in vibrant colours, which include the orange badge that is located on the centre console, the Copperhead Orange stitching that is located on the seats and used to embroider the "TRX" badge to the seat, and copper carbon accents. Also, as soon as you turn on the infotainment display, an orange "TRX" logo shines bright on the display to remind you that you are riding in an impressive model.

Under the hood, you will find a powerful 6.2-litre supercharged Hemi V8 engine that is able to deliver up to 707 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. The TRX Ignition Edition has a starting price of around $91,585, but there will only be 875 units produced, so if you want one, you will need to act fast.

Ram 1500 (RAM)Red Edition

The Ram 1500 (RAM) Red Edition is a limited-edition model that was created in an effort to raise money to fight global health emergencies. This special edition model will have a starting price of around $65,000 and will be available at the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022.

The Red Edition is only available on the Limited Crew Cab models and features the "RED" badging boldly printed on the centre of the interior console. There is also the word "RAM" placed across the centre of the grille.

Ram 1500 Longhorn SouthFork

The Longhorn SouthFork model is a rugged and stylish new model that was created to replace the Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition.

The Longhorn SouthFork model adds several stylish features to the exterior, which include large all-terrain tires, an innovative multi-functional tailgate, a durable spray-in bed liner, and a deployable bed step.

On the interior, drivers can find a cabin that is adorned in an exquisite Mountain Brown colour. There are also other high-end features which include suede door bolsters with leather inserts.

The Longhorn SouthFork Edition has a starting price of around $62,000. This impressive model is currently on sale, but like all special edition models, it is not expected to last forever.
