The 2024 Hornet features the first-ever Dodge electrified performance vehicle. The electric motor offers about 30 miles on its all-electric drivetrain. The new PowerShot feature is a first-of-its-kind in this vehicle class, providing a boost of power on demand.

Exterior Design


The 2024 Hornet is undoubtedly a stylish vehicle. As Dodge says, the Hornet is "curved in all the right places," featuring aggressive features and intimidating accents. The Hornet comes with 20-inch rims in a dark abyss finish and bright red Brembo callipers to finish the sporty look. Interior Comfort and Cargo Space


The new Hornet has a spacious interior, with features to boost the driver's and passengers' comfort. It has a full Harman Kardon audio system featuring 14 speakers and a subwoofer. On the center console, you can find a wireless phone charger and multiple USB ports. The interior design is all black, with a luxury note featuring red stitching. Dodge has used top-notch materials to make the interior, including metal, leather, and plastic.

Performance Features


The key point of the new Hornet is the all-new R/T model, featuring an electrical motor that works with the gasoline one. The R/T comes with a turbocharged 1.3-litre, inline-four gas engine, which combines with an electric motor to produce 288 horsepower. The PowerShot feature of this drivetrain can temporarily give a boost of 30 horsepower, making the 0-100 kph time about 5.6 seconds.

Also available is the gasoline-only Hornet. These models come with a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder gasoline engine, providing a respectable 268 horsepower that can go from 0 to 100 kph in about 6.5 seconds. The fuel range on the gasoline-only engine is 11 L/100km (city) and 8 L/100 km (highway).

Safety and Driver-Assistance Features


The 2024 Hornet comes with a variety of safety features. The automated emergency braking will track the environment around you and actively stop the vehicle in the case of a hazard. Moreover, you will get blind-spot monitoring and parking sensors to help you in those tight spots and traffic jams.
